As owner, Kevin Pagliari oversees construction and architectural direction, bringing a disciplined approach shaped by his family heritage and a lifelong appreciation for classical design, proportion, and enduring materials. Designing and building your custom home can be a daunting project. It is of extreme importance that you select the right builder. Thankfully, we selected Whitney Blair. We've been in our home for 2 years now and couldn't be happier.
We can’t believe it has been years since we moved into our house here on River Branch Road! As our home is so prominently remembered as being the 1st place winner for architectural design in the Parade of Homes, we still have people ringing our doorbell asking who built our home, and if they can come in and see it?
The home is just what we needed with enough space for our dogs and the fact that we wanted our privacy around us. Kevin and Leslie furnished me with a list of all the sub-contractors’ contact information and explained if anything arises that they would be most helpful — and they were.
